About Me
I attended St. Mary's University where I completed my Exercise and Sports Science degree and played college softball as a pitcher! For the past 7 years, I have been passionately dedicated to helping people reach their goals through health and fitness. My area of expertise is focused on women's health and fitness, where I offer assistance during different phases of womanhood such as pre and post-pregnancy, pre/post and during menopause, PCOS, and menstrual cycles. When I'm not coaching clients, I enjoy watching reality dating and game shows, listening to music, and spending time with family.
