My Mission

I believe that true wellness is achieved through a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My mission is to provide a comprehensive personal training that goes beyond exercise and nutrition, and includes stress management, mindfulness, and self-care. I work with my clients to develop personalized wellness plans that caters to their unique needs and goals, and offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure long-term success. About Me

I attended St. Mary's University where I completed my Exercise and Sports Science degree and played college softball as a pitcher! For the past 7 years, I have been passionately dedicated to helping people reach their goals through health and fitness. My area of expertise is focused on women's health and fitness, where I offer assistance during different phases of womanhood such as pre and post-pregnancy, pre/post and during menopause, PCOS, and menstrual cycles. When I'm not coaching clients, I enjoy watching reality dating and game shows, listening to music, and spending time with family.
